I made many recipes from this book and they all turned out delicious. It even inspired me to start creating my own recipes. Recipes are healthy and instructions are easy to follow. I made my goal to take my book to the store, shop for ingredients and try at least one new recipe per week. I feel like I’m eating healthier now, because I added more fresh fruits and veggies to my diet.
